Sawyer family, Osage, IA

Tara and I have been friends since we were two years old, so to say she's a dear friend of mine would be an understatement. Her dad, Scott, was recently diagnosed with ALS and has quickly progressed to a wheelchair. Scott and his wife, Erena, just recently had a baby boy who is bringing them much joy during this difficult time. Tara asked me to take their family pictures this summer, which I was honored to do.

I love this entire family like they were my own!
And in some ways, I consider them just that.
